Binda Kanayalkar, HR Advisor,comes with over 30 years of corporate exposure and has worked with EXXONMOBIL for over 24 years. Her last assignment was HR & Administration Manager - as a key advisor & practitioner in various HR & Administration. She chose to take early retirement to pursue her passion for working closely with Organizations & Institutions that are driven by strong processes and organizational ethics and relate to people’s Learning & Development, Welfare, Wellness, Safety, Health & Environment. She works with Employers who offer an employee assistance program (EAP) as a benefit of employment and recognize that professional counseling and related services help their employees more expeditiously resolve personal problems that diminish their work performance.
